
Staff Augmentation Representative

A results-driven Staff Augmentation Representative is required to support the launch of our marketing initiatives.
This role involves qualifying prospects for premium staff augmentation services, educating potential clients about the benefits of embedded partnership models, and setting high-quality discovery calls for senior executives.
You'll be the first voice prospects hear from us, representing our commitment to relationship-first business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct professional phone calls to prospects who complete our staffing challenge assessment.
- Qualify leads for 3-person minimum team commitments using systematic scoring frameworks.
- Assess prospect infrastructure readiness, including SOPs, training capabilities, and decision-making authority.
- Verify budget allocation and timeline for staffing solutions.
- Document detailed qualification notes in CRM systems.
- Educate prospects on why our staff augmentation services deliver superior results compared to traditional BPO providers.
- Articulate how our embedded partnership model reduces costs and improves operational efficiency.
- Address common objections about outsourcing, quality, and communication concerns.
- Position our risk reversal offer as a competitive advantage.
- Build rapport and trust through professional, consultative conversations.
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls with senior executives for qualified prospects only.
- Provide comprehensive prospect briefings, including pain points, infrastructure assessment, and qualification scores.
- Coordinate across time zones and business schedules using automated systems.
- Send confirmation materials and prepare prospects for productive discovery conversations.
- Maintain calendar accuracy and handle rescheduling as needed.
- Maintain detailed prospect tracking with all qualification attempts in CRM systems.
- Update lead scores, qualification status, and comprehensive conversation notes.
- Track qualification metrics and conversion rates through dashboards.
- Generate weekly pipeline reports showing qualified prospects and discovery call bookings.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for sales forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with professional phone presence.
- Proven ability to conduct consultative conversations and handle objections professionally.
- Experience building rapport quickly and representing premium service offerings.
- Strong listening skills to identify prospect pain points and infrastructure challenges.
- Confidence in discussing initial staffing investment and business ROI.
