Job Overview

This role focuses on driving data migration, integration, and validation while providing leadership in team and stakeholder management.

You will be part of a highly technical environment, contributing to critical data initiatives that impact business operations.

This is a hybrid setup (onsite once a week), offering a strong balance of flexibility, collaboration, and exposure to a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines with a focus on data migration, integration, and validation.
  • SQL Query Optimization: Write and optimize SQL queries for large and complex datasets (deduplication, transformations, performance tuning).
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with business needs.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality outputs and effective delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships with clear, solution-oriented communication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with international teams to align deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • SQL Mastery: Strong ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot queries.
  • Data Engineering Background: Solid experience in Data Engineering with hands-on project delivery.
  • Data Analysis and Validation: Thorough understanding of data analysis and validation processes.
  • Python Knowledge: Working knowledge of Python with ability to retool into other programming languages.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team and stakeholder management.
  • Project Delivery: Strong track record of delivering data-related projects.
