
Sales Support Professional

As a sales support specialist, you will play a crucial part in our team’s success. You will work closely with the sales development team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your role will involve assisting in the setup, administration, and tracking of global and regional sales development campaigns. This includes analyzing and providing feedback on results, maintaining and updating CRM systems, and creating and distributing sales materials.
">Responsibilities:- Sales Administration:
- Assist in setting up and administering sales campaigns.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
- Assist with creating and distributing sales materials.
- Track and report on sales development team performance.
- Lead Management & Qualification Support:
- Assist in routing inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales development representatives.
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and gather relevant company information.
- Customer Communication & Support:
- Serve as a point of contact for sales-related inquiries from internal customers and cross-functional teams.
- Assist sales development representatives in setting up and managing sales campaigns.
- Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales support tools and resources.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to provide insights to the sales development team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain SDR process documentation.
- Manage and maintain SDR campaign documentation & repository.
- Collaboration & Team Support:
- Work closely with sales development representatives, sales managers, marketing, and other internal teams.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales development team as needed.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace equivalents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
