Job Title: Project Manager

Overview

The role of a project manager involves overseeing multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting the required standards.

A successful project manager must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and projects are progressing as planned.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
  • A solid understanding of construction workflows, building infrastructure, and the integration of low-voltage systems into construction projects is essential.
  • Proven experience managing complex low-voltage systems projects, including security systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and network infrastructure.
  • Strong technical knowledge of low-voltage systems (e.g., Ubiquiti, Verkada, AXIS, ADC, Spot AI) and networking equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Zoho Desk/Projects, Bluebeam, System Surveyor, etc.) and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple, concurrent projects.
