Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to meet their expectations throughout the site acquisition process.
  • Site Identification: Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify potential sites, evaluating their viability based on client needs, market conditions, and regulatory considerations.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and agreements.
  • Project Execution: Collaborate with internal departments (legal, engineering, finance) to ensure seamless execution of site acquisition projects.
  • Industry Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market data to identify new opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of working experience in site acquisition, site development, network expansion, or property and asset management.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with experience working with GIS systems.
  • Effective negotiation skills and proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of local real estate, land development, and zoning regulations is preferred.
