At Satellite Office, we're seeking an experienced Accounting Associate Professional to join our team. As a key member of our global client services, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional results in CDH and COBRA processes.

The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Word, and strong written and verbal communication skills. A problem solver with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and complete CDH project-based work, managing projects to ensure accounting hits assigned deadlines.
  • Complete unclaimed property analysis and reporting for CDH accounting.
  • Perform daily previous day composite for both CDH and COBRA bank accounts.
  • Complete daily direct pay reconciliation (FSA Store).
  • Perform daily plan balancing.
  • Conduct expired plans audit.
  • Update ACH in banking portal.
  • Manage Salesforce case management.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to current CDH accounting processes and controls.
  • Serve as point of contact for client questions and issues.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Word.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot.
  • Punctual, self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
