Key Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business & Quality Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing the current and future business environment and systems landscape.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing business and client project requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives.
  • Developing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that are clear, unambiguous, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Presenting detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.
  • Reviewing and evaluating proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.
  • Collaborating with Product teams to design and implement solutions that align with the company's data-led strategy.
  • Assessing and managing the impact of requirements on data systems and business processes.
  • Supporting development, systems testing, UAT, and implementation by working closely with solution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Validating test case scenarios against BRDs and auditing test case results performed by UAT testers.
  • Ensuring adherence to change control and change management procedures related to business requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for sharing best practices and insights with the wider team and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
