Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with project managers and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for IT systems, enhancements, and feature implementations. They will also evaluate business solutions, identify requirements, and develop strategies to maximize opportunities.

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure project scope is well defined and tracked
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive business requirements documents
  • Evaluate business solutions and develop strategies to maximize opportunities
  • Facilitate meetings to elicit requirements from business users and stakeholders
  • Review and document defects and implement changes as needed

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. They will also have experience working with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 3 years' experience in performing business analysis in software engineering or software testing.
