Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst with a strategic mindset to modernize financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to the development and execution of growth strategies. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong financial acumen, world-class communication and presentation skills, and the ability to drive process optimization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and implement modernized financial processes to enhance scalability, operational effectiveness, and management reporting.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify, assess, and execute growth strategies that drive business performance.

  • Create financial models, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage and streamline cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis, providing actionable insights for leadership.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or professional services.

  • Strong background in financial analysis, data analytics, and process improvement.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).

  • Experience in project management and strategy execution.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, quantitative reasoning, and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Amenable to work in Marikina Head Office.
