Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy across all customer-facing storefronts, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.

As an eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will be the owner of the digital marketing strategy, ensuring that our online presence is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings, including imagery, descriptions, SEO, category alignment, and compliance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building and executing promotional campaigns across website, email, social, paid media, and marketplaces, as well as managing social business storefronts (e.g. TikTok) integrated with Shopify as necessary.

Furthermore, you will lead digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, and optimise campaign performance using GA4, marketplace dashboards, and ad/email analytics.

You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure unified messaging and market alignment, and drive continuous improvement of the eCommerce tech stack and marketing automation workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or DTC roles
  • Proven experience creating and managing Amazon and eBay storefronts
  • Strong experience managing Shopify sites and marketplace listings
  • Confident in developing and running email marketing campaigns for both consumers and trade partners
  • Ability to select and implement marketing tools to drive performance
  • Strong balance of creative, strategic, and commercial skills
  • Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG, and familiarity with international operations
