At the core of our team, we are seeking a highly skilled Projects and Systems Officer to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed project analysis and requirements gathering in collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with business teams, risk and compliance units, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills to analyze complex data and implement efficient processes.
  • A proactive approach to managing project scope, identifying potential risks, and developing contingency plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business, with a strong preference for those holding an MBA.
  • No less than 5 years of relevant experience in project management, application systems management, bank operations, and/or implementation of analytics tools, CRM solutions, digital marketing tools, and other Marketing Group solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of application systems management; requirements gathering, functional requirements definition, systems analysis and design, software quality assurance, and test management.
  • Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce tools (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Digital Engage, CDP, Lightning), CMS and websites, CRM software, data and analytics platforms.

  • This is a senior-level position requiring a high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis.
  • The role falls within the Information Technology function.
