Position: Company Nurse / OH Nurse

Locations:

  • Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu Cebu, Mandaue Cebu, Naga Cebu, San Fernando Cebu, Iloilo, Tacloban Leyte, Kananga Leyte, Calbayog Samar, Valencia Negros Oriental
  • Davao City, Tagum City, Cagayan de Oro City, Kidapawan City Cotabato

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
  2. Must already have a valid TIN, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG-HDMF, NBI, Bank Account and Vaccination Card.
  3. Must be able to start immediately. (Within 7 days)
  4. He/she must possess competent clinical skills, with a background in occupational health, hospital, or equivalent for at least one 6 months to 1 year.
  5. Nurses with no clinical experience, newly board passers, career shifters are welcome to apply.
  6. Preferably holds the following training certificates: Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH), Basic Life Support, and First Aid (an advantage but not required).

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide on-site expertise on direct care for both occupational and non-occupational cases.
  2. Provide guidance on health screening results and recommend appropriate intervention.
  3. Assist Company Doctor during check-ups and consultation.
  4. Maintain an effective and accurate electronic medical record system.
  5. Manage and track inventory of medicines and supplies for efficient cost management.
  6. Review and assess employee health screening results. Provide guidance to employees with ongoing health problems and help them work within the framework of their limitations.
