Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring workplace health and safety aligns with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead follow-up and research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Buidling strong relationships with existing portfolio clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in civil engineering or a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role, construction, within Real Estate and Industrial, prefer steel structure, building, fabrication with sales engineer, pre engineered sales steel.
  • A proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong experience in consultative sales and the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
