Embark on a challenging role as an ERP Implementation Consultant, responsible for leading end-to-end client implementations and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.

About the Role

This position requires a unique blend of accounting knowledge, technical expertise, and strong attention to detail to maintain data integrity throughout the migration process. As an ERP Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to define implementation plans and timelines, analyze client business processes, and configure solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities
  • Owning and managing client implementations from start to finish, guaranteeing a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to create tailored implementation strategies and project timelines.
  • Conducting thorough analysis of client business processes, particularly accounting and finance workflows, and customizing software configurations to meet specific requirements.
  • Providing expert guidance to clients through data migration, system integration, and user training across all levels.
  • Monitoring project milestones and deliverables, proactively addressing risks and issues.
  • Assisting with large-scale data migrations and reconciliations from various systems.
  • Maintaining effective connections between the customer's environment and integration partners.
  • Documenting project progress and providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in implementing ERP or other accounting software.
  • Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
  • A background in SaaS or technology startups is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams is essential.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and SaaS revenue recognition is a plus.
  • Willingsness to work US hours, Monday to Friday.
