Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Reservations Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to guests from around the world.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Use your sales skills to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, ensuring that guests receive the best possible experience.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this information to inform your sales and customer service strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: A secondary school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. A college degree in Tourism or a related field is also beneficial.

Experience: Previous call center experience in sales is preferred, along with hotel/travel experience.

Technical Skills: You should have strong customer service and sales skills, as well as the ability to customize generic information. Strong bilingual communication skills, social intelligence, and web-based navigation skills are also essential.
