About the Role

We're looking for energetic and people-oriented Brand Ambassadors to represent eTap Self-Service Kiosks at SM Megamall. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand—introducing shoppers to the convenience of self-service payment kiosks, assisting first-time users, and creating fun and engaging interactions that encourage them to try our services.

This is a project-based role, perfect for outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people, love promoting new technology, and want to gain solid brand marketing and customer service experience.


What You'll Do
  • Act as the friendly face of eTap kiosks—inviting and assisting mall-goers to try them.
  • Guide first-time users on how to transact easily at the kiosks and highlight the benefits of cashless self-service.
  • Distribute flyers/marketing materials (if available) to promote awareness.
  • Encourage participants to join the eTap Weekly Pamasko campaign.
  • Gather feedback/market insights from customers to help improve our services.
  • Direct customers to official eTap support channels for any concerns (no need to file tickets yourself).
  • Complete and submit Acknowledgement Receipts (ARs) within 3 days after caravan schedules.
  • Attend orientation and customer service/privacy/security training prior to deployment.

Performance Commitment

To succeed in this role, you'll be expected to:

  • Invite at least 50 unique first-time kiosk users weekly (200 per team).
  • Capture valid entries for the eTap Weekly Pamasko campaign (100 per Brand Ambassador weekly).
