We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team.

  • As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategic procurement plans for various categories, including indirect spend areas such as Travel, Marketing Services, HR Services, Financial Services, Information Technology, and Consulting Services.
  • You will establish long-term procurement strategies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • You are accountable for achieving annual cost savings targets, independently verified with finance partners.
  • You will research and articulate market trends related to the category, identifying opportunities for value creation.
  • You will manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from defining stakeholder requirements to executing contracts and establishing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Assure continuity of supply, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain supplier roadmaps, aligning with business objectives.
  • Establish operational objectives and work plans to meet long-term goals.
  • Proactively develop and maintain a diverse supplier portfolio to support key business needs.
