About the Role

As a Customer Support and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth day-to-day operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing job bookings, customer communication, and invoicing through ServiceM8.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving queries in a professional manner.
  • Organizing and managing calendars, appointments, and reminders to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Preparing and sending job quotes, purchase orders, and invoices to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing data entry tasks.
  • Providing general administrative support, including email management and document preparation.
  • Coordinating with field technicians or electricians to ensure timely job completion.
  • Following up with clients for payments and feedback.
