Marketing Specialist Role

This role is a remote position requiring excellent communication skills, organization, and a strong work ethic.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and recommend marketing strategies in collaboration with managers and stakeholders to achieve specific sales and marketing objectives.
  • Actively research competitors' initiatives and share findings before creating new campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, data uploading, data cleanup, and other tasks to assist the efficient running of the division.
  • Assist in creative initiatives for the company, such as events, training, trade shows, webinars, and more.
  • Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts and making judgments to ensure smooth engagements.
  • Complete a variety of administrative tasks, including designing and producing documents, reports, and presentations, collecting and preparing information for meetings, composing correspondence, maintaining contact lists, making travel arrangements, and completing expense and mileage reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies.
  • Work on a night shift schedule.
