We are seeking a skilled professional to join our global trading support team as a Trading Operations Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of international financial services. Your expertise in data management, trade execution oversight, and process support will be instrumental in driving success across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trade Tracking & Data Management
    • Monitor live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
    • Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.
  • Business Financial Dashboard Creation
    • Develop and update a comprehensive financial dashboard for prop firm accounts, payouts, and profits.
    • Provide concise, visual daily reports at rollover.
  • Trade Execution Oversight
    • Regularly monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily.
    • Ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts.
    • Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues promptly.
  • Ongoing Administrative Duties
    • Maintain secure login credentials.
    • Follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues.
    • Keep records audit-ready and updated.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with AI automation tools or workflow systems
  • Coding experience related to trading algorithm development or system integration
