Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for conducting audits within the department to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all QA work results.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor contact center calls and member assist interactions to identify areas for improvement.
- Review wires, loans, and VyChats to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to calibrate performance and maintain consistency in call evaluation.
- Perform trend analysis and provide insights to contact center management using data-driven reports.
- Develop and implement training programs on quality assurance best practices for Verint users.
- Maintain proficiency in multiple systems, including ATLAS/Miser, MeridianLink, Quick Assist, Verint, XIMA, Glia, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Stay up-to-date on industry policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all member accounts and employee information.
