Senior Slot Game Designer

About the Role:

Responsibilities include designing slot game mechanics from scratch, defining and optimizing core game parameters, and crafting intuitive UX flows and engaging UI layouts.

Other key responsibilities include creating and maintaining comprehensive game design documentation.

Requirements:

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in slot or casino game design.
  • Strong grasp of game math, including probability, RTP, volatility, hit frequency, and paytable logic.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how player interaction drives retention and engagement.

Additional requirements include excellent collaboration and communication skills, and experience mentoring junior designers or contributing to design reviews and ideation workshops.
