Lead Game Designer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced game designer to join our team.

  • Provide constructive feedback to the level design team to enhance their work.
  • Design engaging and innovative game content across multiple projects, meeting user expectations and analytics requirements.
  • Collaborate with designers to create new levels, obstacles, and features that add value to the game.
  • Tune levels based on user feedback and analytics data to improve gameplay.
  • Work closely with a team of designers to develop innovative game modes and experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience as a level designer or similar role in casual, puzzle, or free-to-play games.
  • Proficiency in Unity 3D is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play/casual level design principles to create engaging experiences.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Exhibit strong management and conflict resolution skills to lead teams effectively.
