Job Description

We are seeking a skilled video editor to join our team and create engaging short-form content for gaming audiences. As a video editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw gameplay footage into compelling videos that showcase the unique capabilities of our platform.


The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of short-form content and proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. They will also have a strong understanding of what makes compelling content in the gaming space and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.


Responsibilities include:

  • Editing and producing a consistent stream of short-form videos (30-90 seconds) from gaming footage
  • Identifying the most engaging moments from raw gameplay recordings
  • Applying appropriate pacing, transitions, and effects to maximize viewer retention
  • Incorporating on-brand text overlays and captions that enhance the viewing experience
  • Meeting consistent deadlines with quick turnaround times
  • Staying current with social media trends in the gaming space

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated video editing skills with a portfolio of short-form content
