Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformational AI Specialist to join our team. As an AI specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency by designing and implementing innovative AI solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement AI-driven processes that replace manual back-and-forth with automated, integrated workflows. This includes:

  • Eliminating redundancy by designing AI-driven processes that replace manual back-and-forth with automated, integrated workflows
  • Automating meeting notes, recaps, and action items using AI transcription tools (e.g., Otter.ai or alternatives)
  • Distributing briefs, summaries, and action items automatically to relevant stakeholders via email and Microsoft Teams
  • Auto-generating tasks from meeting notes and assigning them in MS Projects
  • Seamlessly handling files and data through efficient integration with Microsoft APIs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools and ecosystem
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI and automation solutions
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping
  • Experience with AI tool integration and no-code/low-code platforms like Zapier, Make, and n8n
  • Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
