We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. This role will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate with receivers to resolve any discrepancies
  • Generate payment proposals and manage electronic transfers, checks, and wires
  • Investigate and resolve payment issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of AP documents, including invoices, approvals, statements, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and 0-3 years of experience in accounts payable, expense auditing, or financial management.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with financial software and Oracle
  • Solid understanding of payables and expense processes and best practices
