Job Summary

This position is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data by efficiently processing client information. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, robust English comprehension skills, and the ability to accurately interpret written instructions.

The System Implementation Specialist will be responsible for meticulously entering and updating data into databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems, ensuring that all data entered is accurate, complete, and consistent with established guidelines and standards.

  • Data Entry and Management: Thoroughly process and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant systems.
  • Ensure a comprehensive understanding of English-language data and enter it accurately.
  • Verify and correct data inconsistencies and errors as needed.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in data entry, exceptional comprehension of written English, and strong typing skills. They will also be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing processes and systems.

Requirements
  • Functional Computer Skills: Proficiency in using spreadsheet & task management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com).
  • Basic understanding of data entry software and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor computer-related issues.
