Junior Business Analyst Job Description

Gather and analyze business requirements for successful project delivery as a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements through thorough analysis.
  • Develop process flows, business models, and system documentation to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements effectively.
  • Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects to ensure clear understanding.
  • Develop test plans and participate in user acceptance testing to guarantee project quality.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate communication.
  • Maintain accurate project-related documents to support project success.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to support productivity.
  • Have a basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL to drive business insights.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello to ensure efficient project management.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
  • Excel in verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
