Key Role: Business Insights Specialist

This crucial position will transform data into actionable insights to drive revenue growth, optimize inventory levels, and reduce operational inefficiencies.

The role entails developing and maintaining demand forecasts for optimal inventory levels by identifying trends in historical sales, seasonal demand, and product lifecycle. Additionally, building and maintaining dashboards providing visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs is key.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail, with a strong expertise in SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Fulfill.io) and proven ability to manage integrations and API connections essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets, applying AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, ensuring APIs are connected and functioning correctly, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Deliver reporting packages to Sales, Finance, and Operations teams on sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs.

Able to work independently in a remote environment with excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills required.
