Job Description

The Regional Manager, Joint Pole Agreement will play a key role in ensuring the successful negotiation, implementation, and governance of joint pole use agreements between Globe and power distribution utilities. The position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to drive strategic alignment, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

This role will be responsible for facilitating site-level clearances for pole attachments and route builds, maintaining an updated database of all active agreements and pole-sharing metrics, and ensuring timely execution of pole-sharing arrangements to support network rollout and expansion.
