Construction Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide daily support to our construction team.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage calendars and schedule meetings to ensure timely coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Organize construction-related documents including contracts, permits, change orders, and reports.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and external parties to facilitate task execution.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for construction projects.
- Process invoices and track expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare expense reports in a timely manner.
- A minimum of three years of full-time work experience is required.
- Graduation from a reputable college is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
