Job Title: Public Relations Coordinator

The primary role of the Public Relations Coordinator is to support the development and implementation of effective public relations strategies for clients. This involves working closely with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance their reputation and visibility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the development of communication plans and materials, including press releases, media advisories, and other content
  • Managing client relationships, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates
  • Conducting research and gathering information to support client campaigns
  • Drafting communications materials, such as press releases and media advisories
  • Coordinating media outreach and managing media lists
  • Monitoring media coverage and tracking campaign results
  • Providing administrative support to the Account Executive, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining files

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
