Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide hands-on support for hardware, software, and IT peripherals, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with efficiency.
  2. Determine appropriate procedures and accurately document actions or deviations to improve global service improvements.
  3. Communicate and collaborate with customers, peers, and internal teams through various channels to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and implement solutions.
  4. Assist in managing IT asset inventories, tracking usage, and conducting audits.
  5. Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment, including cleaning and replacing consumable components.
  6. Help train and onboard new team members and colleagues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies to expand knowledge and skills.
  8. Travel between buildings in the local area as required.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree holder.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in a corporate environment supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux.
  3. At least 1 year of experience with troubleshooting skills in a multi-user high availability environment.
  4. At least 1 year of experience with PC hardware troubleshooting, repair, deployment, and liquidation.
  5. At least 1 year of computer networking experience.
  6. Ability to identify and proactively resolve or escalate issues.
  7. Willingness to learn and apply new procedures and technology.
  8. Excellent customer-facing skills.
  9. Proficient in English.
