Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a remote position, offering an opportunity to grow with our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and configure software according to company requirements; customize settings to align with business processes and goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and implement automated workflows; create and manage automated campaigns.
  • Set up lead capture forms, landing pages, and funnels; set up lead follow up pipelines; configure lead scoring and segmentation.
  • Customize and manage the CRM to meet business needs; ensure accurate data entry and maintenance.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns; set up and track email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
  • Configure communication channels (email, SMS, chat); set up and manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
  • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards; monitor key metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 5 years experience in using software for marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and client-facing abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
