Job Overview:

The Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing global payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll teams across multiple regions to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll operations.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to align payroll processes with organizational strategies and financial planning.
• Develop internal controls and policies to mitigate risks and prevent payroll-related fraud.
• Work with external auditors to improve payroll operations and compliance.
• Lead and manage high-performing teams across multiple regions.

Requirements:
• Experience using payroll software and systems effectively.
• Strong understanding of international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze issues and develop solutions.
• Proven experience managing payroll in a global context.

Screening Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• At least seven years of experience in payroll management.
• One year of experience leading payroll staff.
