Digital Operations Specialist - Remote Full-time Opportunity

  • We are seeking a skilled Digital Operations & Listings Specialist to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position with the opportunity to extend beyond 6 months.
Job Responsibilities

  1. Monthly Reporting: Prepare monthly reports on listings, revenue, commissions, occupancy, nightly rates, and booking trends.

  2. Data Analysis: Analyse reservations (confirmed/cancelled), account development, and Airbnb quality scores.

  3. Error Management: Manage suspended listings, complaints, and appeals on Airbnb & Booking.com.

  4. List Optimisation: Resolve listing errors in Guesty, Airbnb, and Booking.com (amenities, descriptions, images, automated messages).

  5. New Listing Setup: Set up and optimise new listings (content, pricing, images, co-host onboarding).

  6. Tracking & Monitoring: Ensure all listings are tracked in Monday.com.

  7. Creative Development: Design/update floorplans, maps, and marketing creatives (Illustrator, RoomSketcher, Canva).

  8. Ad Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to CEO including policy, price, and payment changes; create presentations, reports, and one-off creatives.

Requirements

  1. Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Airbnb, Booking.com (and ideally Guesty).

  2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).

  3. Listing Expertise: Proven ability in listing creation, optimisation, and issue resolution.

  4. Escalation Management: Comfortable managing escalations, suspensions, and appeals.

  5. Multitasking: Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Resourcefulness: Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful.

  7. Rental Property Knowledge: Experience in short-term rental property management.

  8. Creative Tools:

    • Familiarity with creative tools (Illustrator, Canva, RoomSketcher).
    • Knowledge of pricing optimisation and platform integrations.
