As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the quality assurance strategy across teams to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products. You will mentor QA engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the QA Automation team in defining and implementing testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects.
  • Driving test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitoring automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software testing, including experience with Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
