We are looking for a leader to head our quality assurance strategy and ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ">
  • Mentor QA engineers and lead automation initiatives to drive test planning, prioritization, and execution of both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Oversight of the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions across platforms.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, ensuring issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into the development lifecycle and release workflows.
Requirements:
  • ">
  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
