Job Overview

We seek a detail-oriented and creative professional to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator. This role will play a key part in real estate operations and branding, working remotely with a U.S.-based team that delivers exceptional service and engaging marketing to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, emails, CRM systems, and team communication to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support real estate transactions by preparing key documents and providing timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate client data and track important milestones such as birthdays and home anniversaries.
  • Run reports and assist with post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content across various platforms to engage with target audiences.
  • Write and send newsletters featuring listings, updates, and team news to keep clients informed.
  • Collaborate with agents to align marketing efforts with their brand and goals.
  • Ensure websites and online listings are up-to-date and reflect the company's branding.
Requirements
  • Experience in rental listings or real estate support is required.
  • Comfortable posting on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of how to enhance listing photos and write engaging content is essential.
  • Able to respond quickly to inquiries and filter serious leads efficiently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping listings updated.
  • Experience working well remotely and communicating clearly with teams.
  • Availability to work in a US time zone schedule.
  • Ability to secure the required technical setup.
