Job Title: ERP Order Coordinator

An ERP Order Coordinator (Manufacturing) is sought to support order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations. The successful candidate will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

This position requires a strong communicator who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately document and record orders and shipments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP systems and be able to collaborate with a U.S.-based team during EST working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.
