Senior Financial Management Specialist

The Accounting Professional is responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records.
- Receipting and banking management;
- Budget preparation, financial reviews, and reports generation;
- Cashflow forecasting and management;
- Year-end financial checks and accrual journals;
- Financial year budget preparation;
- Issue levies to stakeholders;
- Audit coordination and liaison with external auditors;
- New business onboarding and lost business management;
- Quarterly BAS preparation and review;
- Yearly Tax preparation and review;
- Management agreement processing (system updates and fee corrections);
- Review exception reports and complete tasks manually;
- Body Corporate loan management and coordination;
- Stakeholder explanations and information provision;
- Virtual meetings with clients (if required);
- Miscellaneous owner-charged expenses (gas, water, electricity, car park, etc.);
- Payroll and superannuation processing for building managers employed by OC;
- Ad hoc bank deposit recall and dishonoured payment investigation.
