Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in telecom, managed services, and billing? Do you have 4+ years supporting customer service billing with a proven track record in BPO environments? If you have worked at Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, or have extensive telecom industry experience, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-tier customer support in a fast-paced telecom and managed services environment.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, service activations, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize your BPO and telecom experience to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain superb communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with managed services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of customer service experience in telecom, billing, or managed services.
  • Strong background in state-sign customer service billing support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry standards, billing platforms, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Experience with major telecom providers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Professionalism and patience in handling customers with various personalities and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility to cover shifts and work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Quick learner of multiple proprietary software systems.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Telecom experience is a plus.
  • Experience with multiple systems and data entry is a plus.
  • Customer software support experience, including investigating and diagnosing software problems, is a plus.
