The role requires a deep understanding of automation solutions and the ability to develop and execute a strategic partner sales and marketing plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating UiPath's sales trajectory and driving growth through partnerships.

The selected candidate will work closely with key stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and established networks to create a framework for business plan execution and drive growth. They will also be responsible for identifying pipeline gaps and opportunities to scale through collaboration with other partner team members and direct sales team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic partner sales and marketing plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Partnering with in-country sales leaders to prioritize partners and activate sales engagement.
