Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to provide exceptional support and resolution of routine issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering high-quality service and ensuring their needs are met in accordance with contractual KPIs.
  • Clinically probe for understanding and utilize decision-support tools to effectively resolve customer inquiries.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach to build rapport with customers.
  • Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner using established protocols.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of products and/or services to provide informed responses.
  • Prepare accurate and complete work, including notating accounts as required.
  • Promote activities designed to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer relevant products and/or services that meet customer needs.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
  • Refer customer inquiries to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff as necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and has three to six months of relevant experience. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

They should be dependable, with a strong attention to detail, skilled in multi-tasking, and tolerant of repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently, is also necessary. The candidate should demonstrate patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
