Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. This role will be responsible for driving quality and process improvement initiatives, as well as leading compliance efforts across the organization.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure consistent high-quality standards across all departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify areas for automation, and optimize business processes.
  • Lead compliance initiatives, including audit preparation, policy development, and training programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance Six Sigma/Lean Sigma awareness and quality-centric approach among employees.
  • Mentor project teams in implementing process improvements, providing guidance on best practices, and supporting the closure of projects.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and compliance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a process improvement framework across the organization, working closely with function heads to set up Six/Lean Sigma awareness programs and deploy basic QC tools and principles.
  • Creating comprehensive training programs to educate support personnel on Six Sigma principles, YB & GB training, and other essential skills.
  • Ensuring timely completion of projects by coordinating with Project Leads and process owners.
  • Developing and managing dashboards to report progress on process improvement training and programs to senior management.
  • Spearheading best practice forums to promote Bright Ideas, Replicas, and Eurekas across the enterprise and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Providing consultation and supervision for direct service staff to support quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean Sigma methodologies and their application in business settings.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
