**Job Summary:**

Career Professionals, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products and services.

**About the Role:**

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective quality control processes that meet customer needs and requirements. This includes devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes, setting requirements for suppliers, and monitoring their compliance. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and legal obligations, supervise auditors and staff, and provide guidance and feedback. The role also involves overseeing all academic-related development procedures, inspecting final outputs from departments, reviewing and monitoring corrective action plans, keeping accurate documentation, and analyzing audit results.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement quality control processes that meet customer needs and requirements.
  • Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
  • Set requirements for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and legal obligations.
  • Supervise auditors and staff, and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Oversee all academic-related development procedures.
  • Inspect final outputs from departments.
  • Review and monitor corrective action plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and perform analysis of audit results.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., quality assurance, engineering, business).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing quality control processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
