Workday Payroll Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

You will work closely with team members, independently managing your workload, and designing solutions that meet customer needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll, and contribute to the success of our customers.

Main Responsibilities and Expectations

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and configuring Workday solutions for enterprise clients
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality results
  • Designing and delivering solutions aligned with customer requirements
  • Supporting junior team members and sharing knowledge
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification (US payroll experience required)
  • Customer-facing consulting experience, with ability to understand customer needs and build relationships
  • Effective communication skills, with credibility and empathy when interacting with customers and colleagues
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
