Community Development Manager

As a seasoned community development manager, you will be responsible for building and growing an active community of digital marketers from the ground up.

This includes developing a content and engagement strategy tailored to digital marketers, fostering meaningful engagement by initiating conversations, responding to inquiries, and amplifying user-generated content.

You will also monitor and moderate community spaces to ensure a positive, inclusive, and spam-free environment, analyze growth and engagement metrics, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance.

In close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and CEO, you will align community-building efforts with brand positioning and campaign initiatives.

  • Foster a dynamic and engaging online community through strategic content creation and community outreach.
  • Develop and implement effective community moderation strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Analyze community growth and engagement metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in community management or similar roles.
  • Proven track record of growing online communities from less than 1,000 to 10,000+ members.
  • Hands-on experience managing communities on Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, lingo, and challenges.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide community strategies.
