Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Compliance and Insurance Policy Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with insurance requirements by third-party contractors and other compliance requirements by insurers.

The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) years of risk management and/or underwriting and claims experience in any or combination of the following product lines: Property, Liability, Crime, and Motor Car. A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management/Administration or any related field is required. High-level proficiency in MS Teams, Microsoft Office 365, and Computer Literate is also essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review third-party draft contracts and determine liabilities/risks of the Company.
  • Prepare necessary insurance slips as required by internal policies and procedures.
  • Discuss with the Director and/or Senior Manager any other possible insurances to protect the Company from liabilities/risk.
  • Assist contract owners and/or third-party contractors in understanding the requirements to ensure correct insurance and policy wordings are procured.
  • Review submitted insurance policies and ensure such policies are complete and in compliance with the requirements.
  • Conduct continuous insurance compliance audit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management/Administration or any related field.
  • At least six (6) years of risk management and/or underwriting and claims experience in any or combination of the following product lines: Property, Liability, Crime, and Motor Car.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Teams, Microsoft Office 365, and Computer Literate.
