Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to identify and engage high-potential decision-makers, convert them into qualified meetings, and drive new business partnerships.

Fuel our sales funnel by executing targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone, maintaining exceptional engagement rates, and booking a minimum of 12 qualified meetings per month for the Business Development Manager.

Utilize tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn to source HR leaders, Directors, and VPs, and leverage platforms such as Instantly to personalize messaging and test subject lines and CTAs.

Maintain a log of outreach activity and meetings in Salesforce, tagging lead sources to track performance.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation in recruiting, staffing, or similar fields
  • Excellent written English and persuasive cold messaging skills
  • Proficiency in multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Confidence in making calls to U.S.-based prospects
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce; organized and data-driven approach
